About Us
The Charleston Racquet Club began in 2002 as the Charleston Squash Club just down the road on Upper King Street. A small group of dedicated squash players wanted to bring their favorite game to the low country, building 2 singles and 1 doubles squash court.
In 2023, with the influx of people moving to Charleston and joining the club, the squash club decided it was time to expand. A long time project to bring the game of Court Tennis to Charleston was brought into the expansion, as well as the goal of having Padel courts, creating the Charleston Racquet Club.
❋ Singles SquashThe club features 6 squash courts, including one all glass competition court.
❋ Doubles Squash2 doubles squash courts are available to members, creating a great tournament venue.
❋ Court TennisThe CRC is home to one of only 16 court tennis courts in the United States.
❋ Padel2 outdoor Padel courts with great lounges and viewing create a relaxing Charleston vibe.
